The company is great. There is a lot of work but everyone there is intelligent and nice
NORC is a good company, but they need to figure out how to equitably distribute work, give feedback, and anticipate unplanned isssues such as losing bids
Great company to work for and they demonstrate compassion for workers. They do there best to treat people right.
It has been okay. It just seems like there is so much focus on things that matter so little to the unseen producer.
