What did you like most about the interview process?
I shadowed different people but then interviewed with many of the sales managers so I knew they were familiar faces when i started.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They want us to love coming to work and always find a way to make us interact with each other and have fun on the job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a family. It sounds cheesy, but we look for ways to hang out with each other all the time, inside of work and out. We're always willing to share ideas
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is willing to get on the ground floor with the employees to figure out where they need to improve. Very transparent with us and very open to feedback as well. Let this be OUR company and OUR culture and allow everyone to be a driving force behind it!
