Good mental health coverage. This is the one of the portions of compensation they are actually competitive in.

Yes, the market is pretty competitive, but the company is not doing much to retain the talent

No salary base increase in many years at position and less than 10% bonus per year. Not very competitive.

The amount of work devs has to do during their day while working is too much.
