The best leadership team ever
Immediate supervisor is supportive but other branches are not as lucky. Managers also shift and move all the time. Many people are promoted fast if they show some talent but that also results in many strong leaders but also many who would be best in non-leadership roles.
They are extremely good enough
Respectful/ helpful/ working hard/ working above and beyond
Retain the current employee and promote them
Be proactive in the retention of top employees vs reactionary.
Stop downplaying the stress and struggle people go through to work for such a large multi-billion dollar corporation. Be more transparent and offer more support to work life balance and mental health to staff.
