increase compensation and opportunities. Have less employees so you can pay more
Yes, the market is pretty competitive, but the company is not doing much to retain the talent
No salary base increase in many years at position and less than 10% bonus per year. Not very competitive.
The amount of work devs has to do during their day while working is too much.
