What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on delivering value-added and best-of-breed products. They listen to their clients and employees on how best to improve existing products and those into the future.
The way they genuinely care for the employees and company.
There is sincere balance between business goals and employee quality of contribution and life.
The leadership team at Symmetry Software is very supportive and encouraging. They offer a lot of autonomy to the employees but are still always available and ready to jump in when asked. They also do an excellent job making sure that the staff feels appreciated and recognized for doing good work.

They are doing an amazing job!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many benefits with Symmetry Software from a very generous 401K match, free healthcare options, and tons of swag!
It is well rounded and generous.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to continue collaborating just as effectively while removing remotely as when we were in the office. It is also refreshing working at a place where your team members want the best for you and to help you.
Focus on continued improvements. Goals are in line with Corporate goals.
My team creates a collaborative, fun work environment that also challenges me professionally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Symmetry Software the culture is one of the best parts! We truly believe in work hard, play hard! We see each other as a work family and the amount of care for each other is incredible.
The entire company is committed to cooperation and commitment to ensuring the best company products possible.
The executive team is passionate about the employee's well-being, in addition to their professional performance. They offer health benefits that go above and beyond the norm. They also make it a point that everyone should have work/life balance. Everyone truly cares about each other and their work.

Meeting all of the leadership team and the applicant activity that I was assigned.

They did a very good job of asking questions and providing a relevant applicant activity to gauge how successful one might be in their current role. It gives the applicant an opportunity to shine outside of the actual spoken interview.
