I found none...they only give one week vacation no matter how many years you work there.

Call center is one big room, zero privacy. One bathroom for ALOT of people...you have to wait and wait and wait...then it stinks! It's rectangular but outdated building.

Very little diversity. The people there are mainly because they knew someone. In the call center, there are 0 black persons.

Mean-spirited except for a few decent people. Everyone's motives are questionable. They put down people in front of others and take pleasure in pointing out mistakes

Some people who work there are very nice. Unfortunately my supervisor was totally self-centered and not very nice at all. The people there are immature and unprofessional constantly talk bad stuff about one another. The human resource department is a joke. The girl running it is very rude and does not give you the time of day..unless you are a supervisor or boss.
