Our pay scale is very fair. It also is based on reviews and performance which is very important to me.

Our team is very diverse, therefore we have lots of different opinions. All the opinions and thoughts are taken into consideration as well.

I very much like the honesty that the interviewer gave regarding the position, the hours, the pay rate and the possibility of moving up in the company.
