He served as the Chief Financial Officer of two privately-owned companies in China from February 2007 to May 2009. Mr. Zhang served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Accounting of Vimicro International Corp. from 2004 to January 31, 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 31, 2007. He served as Manager and then a Senior Manager at the Beijing office of PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2000 to September 2004. From January 1995 to September 2000, he served as an Auditor and Senior Auditor at the Los Angeles office of KPMG LLP. He has been an Independent Director at Tarena International, Inc. since April 2, 2014. He served as an Independent Director at Sungy Mobile Limited from November 2013 to July 17, 2014. He served as an Independent Director of iSoftStone Holdings Limited from February 2010 to July 2010. Mr. Zhang is a Certified Public Accountant of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master's Degree in Professional Meteorology from St. Louis University in 1992, a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 1994 and a Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology from Peking University in 1986.
