cost of insurance is low, amount of PTO is ok, and work life balance is very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Openness. We can genuinely have a good time while working. There's not competition that puts people down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable! There is also a lot of communication about what's going on. All of which is exactly what you want from leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
My satisfaction at work comes from being able to help and serve other people and really improve their work life. I'm a problem solver so there's a lot of joy that comes from helping people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was from years ago. It wasn't formal, it was more of a get to know you and if you'll be a good fit kind of interview. Today they still maintain that same get to know you, but it's much more streamlined and structured.
