I have nothing positive to say about working for Tao Group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because my managers are too incompetent to put me on an email thread when shift opportunities are sent out. Actually I feel like they have given me zero value in this company. I am not benefitting economically from working here in any way.

The absolute worst job experience i have ever had. The managers are absolutely horrific and have no idea what they are doing, they run an extremely toxic and histile work environment. If the spent more time assisting their staff and not eating, maybe they wouldnt have such a high turnover of employe
