What do you like best about the leadership team?
open-door policy, everyone can give input and are encouraged to do so regardless of title or tenure.
Extremely helpful and they really seem to care about my situations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing how to hire people, how to give proper training, how to be constructive, and over all better communication
What is the best part about your compensation package?
matching 401k and health insurance subsidy, generous PTO policy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my managers are too incompetent to put me on an email thread when shift opportunities are sent out. Actually I feel like they have given me zero value in this company. I am not benefitting economically from working here in any way.
I do not think it is fair that servers are paid houring during buyouts that cost thousands of dollars and are longer shifts. I do not think it is fair that when makinhtg a reservation on open table, the customers deposit is taken off of their check, greatly affecting the servers gratuity
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone pitches in, collaboration encouraged
Friendly and hardworking, young and welcoming
The people who work there lean on one another
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should focus on performing job duties and not try to outshine one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
family type environment, everyone contributes
Myself and the pleasant coworkers i got to work with.
I have nothing positive to say about working for Tao Group.

interviewers listen more than they talk
It's relaxing environment, very casual
It was quick and straight foward
I was lucky to have an in, but if you dont have that might aswell try winning the lottery, so many applicants every year, glad to be on the team!

If they were more transparent

self-fulfillment and great relationships with co-workers and manangement
