Openness, transparency , willingness to share
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put people in the right place. Let go of people that shouldn’t be at the company. Lots of dead weight. Give a direction for the product put someone at the helm who actually knows what they’re do

Product needs a sense of direction and needs better product managers / a change of leadership to people who have actually brought a product to market before.
