If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Tools4ever Inc.?
I would bring in some visionary leaders that are secure and sure about what they are doing. I would completely revamp the sales team in the US market to be under one manager or VP, bring in sales development reps and build a solid strategy for going after new business.
How does Tools4ever Inc. make decisions around promotions?
There are literally no promotions. Once you are hired, you stay in the position forever. The division managers are very territorial and they do not want someone appearing to look better than them.

They have 2 weeks the first year and then goes to 3 weeks after 5 years.

Yes, they have sometimes allowed remote positions but those people usually don't last long because the management is in a constant state of distrust.
