We push kill & processing numbers with less people in this Covid pandemic. We are killing our employees they are burnt out. Now Corporate management team saying since we gave employees pay raises they should be doing more.... that is not the correct way of saying this to our plant management team.

Stop buying cheap equipment our Cost manager worries too much about his bonus not the employees

my employees that come ask for direction and advise seeing them happy and going home not injuried
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work Life Balance giving maditory time off for everyone not coming in on days of no production
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to invest more into our employees, they worry too much about looking good on paper for Corporate this is poor management
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Employement team needs to greet you at the entrance to help you get to the room where the interview is, was late due to not knowing and nobody greeting me
