Need to value their employees more. The leadership will drive this company to the ground by not valuing their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
7,200 per year company paid medical and great 401k. Great vacation policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely. They don't care about employees at all.
