What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone in the leadership team at Clear Measure is looking out for the well-being of the employees, and not just the company.
Have been completely transparent throughout the Covid 19 crisis about the state of our company's viability.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay, excellent benefits, and 401k matching. It's hard to beat.
Best part of the compensation package is the eligibility for health benefits from day 1.
Benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401K, and long-term disability, and a bonus based on revenue encourage me to stay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can say that I currently work with the smartest technologists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Everyone has a great attitude as well. It is an honor to be surrounded by such competent, good-natured coworkers.
Working 100% remotely, we all still have an "open door policy". Available to share and collaborate with one another any time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is eager to dive into the unknown, help with any problem, and swarm on issues. It makes solving technical problems fun.
Taking the time to get to know each other personally, we become a village, a family.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more than a technical interview; I was assessed on attitude and ego as well. Clear Measure interviews and passes up many smart and competent people that do not have the right personality.

What makes you most happy at work?
The atmosphere is both fast-paced and easy going. It's hard to describe. It seems to come down to everyone fully supporting each others' efforts.
