Listen and walk the walk of the MVP that they want everyone else to walk
The VP of People and Culture is not a person you can trust! The President in Salt Lake is even worse
A plan! A better explanations around why we keep having turn over of good people. Instead of blaming them for leaving try and understand why they left. We may learn that we have a deeper problem
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting it on time and right
The pay and healthcare is good
Salary. We don't normally get bonuses so our salary should be a little higher
