What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fair and honest.... and pretty funny too.
They are down to earth and have realistic expectations of their employees. I love that I can talk to anyone of the Senior Staff Members and the ownership team without feeling like an insubordinate. Very comfortable team environment.

This is a family enviroment. All employees know that they matter to them. They do everything they can to make sure that all of us are mentally, emotional, physically, and fiscally healthy. They go above and beyond.

Helping my coworkers be the best that they can be.
I love what I do. I am blessed to have a great manager who I feel very comfortable working with and if, heaven forbid I have to have a conversation about anything I am very comfortable doing so. They understand family life and the importance of our families.
