I have been doing this for 27 years now, in my opinion over all this is the best overall efficiently run mortgage company. They have bumps, they are human, there are errors, but they get on those issues and resolve them before it can occur again.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping people get reasonable rates and educating them on the mortgage process. Honesty and communication throughout the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work together seamlessly and can all step in to assist when they other team members need help. We are also not micromanaged.. It is a nice mix.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They cover a large portion of my health care benefits and the plans are reasonably priced and good coverage. Also 401k matching is quite high compared to most these days.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to show you the corporate culture, flew us out to the main office to meet all the owners and each department. IT was very clear that they carefully select the people they work with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
PHILANTHROPY - as a company we support community efforts, we have a volunteer hours goal company wide, they even pay you for two hours per month volunteering doing work hours. Amazing! They support with money and with action!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
not only are they dedicated to their clients, they are dedicated to their employees. When I as a branch processor can pick up the phone, call one of the owners when I need something thats a team. When you discuss something that may have a better or easier solution, they take action for you. Bravo
