The best part is the bonus. The better the company does, the more I get!

I liked that they not only interviewed but they explained the environment and culture of the work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is amazing her because they do not micromanage. They dont add unecessary pressure with un called for rules and or expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do here. I love interacting with people. I love my workspace, the owner, the praise i get for a job well done. I feel appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and we do not disrespect each other or step on one anothers toes. People here are relaxed and they do not offend easlily so we can all be ourselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The attitudes here are happy and positive. Most peoples here are healthy they work out they encourage healthy eating habits and there is laughter and the culture is just lets do our job and have fun when were done
