Great product but unsure of the direction of the company since key investments in key department areas are lacking.
Need to be more humble and sensitive. Factor in the human factor when making decsisions.

Benefits structure needs to be little better.
They don't keep promises which were promised as part of offer. Extremely insensitive to immigration.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a complaining culture in this company. Instead of finding constructive methods to work together, they are always complaining to management about each other behind each other's back. This makes this place a very uncomfortable place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Set better standards for values. Needs to improve on respect towards employees. Keep away sadistic tendencies to become mean and hurtful towards hard working employees. Handle cliques and bullying of employees who are not included in cliques. Develop an inclusive culture.

More market awareness to help sales team.
The complaining culture is sick.There is no recognition or appreciation at all for support engineers.Support engineers treated and looked on as low skilled , but there is no scope for them to grow because they spend all their time keeping the sky from falling down on the rest of the company.

Resolve the complaining culture. Improve the exit proceedings. Learn to say decent good bye.
