They are all so inclusive, kind, polite, and patient. They will make sure you are taken care of, but will help you work smarter not harder.

Hourly rate should be hire
The pay is below market rate and there is a sense that there is a benefit of working for a church company that should somehow compensate for lower pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive, happy, energetic and fun
We all work hard and help each other achieve our goals. We focus on unity and inclusion and make it a spiritually uplifting environment.
Great comradery and team members care about each other holistically.

We are all trying to accomplish the same purpose: to help people find what they need and leave feeling satisfied and wanting to come back.

I love being able to help people in their life journey moving forward. Deseret Book is so much more than selling products, it is selling future success and happiness.
