What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have seen our leadership team talk to every single one of the employees in the office. They are friendly, approachable, and willing to take new ideas and solutions from everyone in the office!

They're transparent, honest and challenge others to take ownership.
They're transparent and honest. On top of that, they're constantly finding new angles for the company and new business development and venture ideas.
I like how my leadership team will listen to your concerns. Sometimes there are things that are out of your control or their control, but they are there to hear it if you try your best to come up with a solution
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing it's employees and rewarding them so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free life, short term, and long term disability! Definitely a great perk I don't have to think about!
Equity in the start up portfolio
401K is great. Also the profit sharing units give a solid baseline. The start-up units have immense upside in the event of a startup acquisition.
It's above industry average especially when considering total perks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I can trust my co-workers and team mates with anything. They are hard workers who want to make the best of every project no matter how big or how small. We can take a long lunch, laugh, and catch up because I know we will get right back to work when it matters.

They're smart, honest and love collaborating with others.
They have a diverse set of skillsets across not just digital, but also print, various kinds of media and everything in between.
My team will work together to help each other. During victories and defeats we stand together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The quarterly and monthly company outings! If it's a happy hour in office, bowling, or park party our Office Manager always mixes up the events and makes sure we cut loose and have a good time.
Work hard, play hard, everyone benefits
The people and transparency of management.
The hiring managers at this company don't make unilateral decisions. Culture is always #1 and we make sure that new employees are the right cultural fits as well as people that others can always ask for help.
I get support from across the company no matter what department. I have friends in QA, IT, and Product management that see me at my best and worst. No matter what they are proud and supportive with what I do!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how you meet with so many different people in the company for a long time. You get to know them and truly what they need as a future teammate.

It's a solid blend of skill assessment and soft skill assessment.
We thoroughly vet their technical skills as well as their personality and soft skills.
I liked how I spoke with every different manager individually instead of a group setting

Sitting next to my coworkers and knowing I can reach out for help at any time of the day and they will be there for me.

Planning their employees growth in their careers even if it not to a manager level (we have started to do this).
