How are layoffs handled in the Engineering department at Pragmatics Inc?
This is probably the worse attribute Pragmatics has.
Every effort is made to find employment within the company. When that fails they help employees obtain work with teammates, etc. Generally, only two weeks severance is given, plus payment for untaken leave.
