What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super transparent with what is happening with the company and where it is going
Lendio maintains a great culture!
Lendio empowers their peeps on solving a major issue: getting capital into small business owners hands. This is not only a meaningful mission, but the culture and tools they provide are exceptional. Lendio is flat out AWESOME!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance premium rates that we have
Unlimited PTO and competitive pay. Additionally, we are in the best location on the planet with unlimited snacks and a couple Coke Freestyle machines also does not hurt to feed our team!
I think that it is very beneficial

They care, and are engaged in our common mission. Empowering small business owners with additional capital allows me to feel good about what we do!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They genuinely care about you as an individual, also Lendio is great at recognizing and acknowledging hard work
E V E R Y T H I N G, Location, office layout, SNACKS, Coke Freestyle machine, Spiffs, SWAG SWAG SWAG, company parties, great people, great mission, SWAG SWAG SWAG, great management, Lendio GIVES, meaningful cause, empowering our peeps, fun, celebrations, and regularly winning!!!
Overall culture and team are incredible. Love the monthly company meetings, and regular activities/parties.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how conversational it was. I didn't need to act like something I wasn't. They were looking for the truth and that's why we're a good fit.

The feeling of having so much opportunity to grow as a person/employee
Making an impact each day by funding small business owners each day. While many businesses do great things, our mission to help save small business owners in America is super important (and far more meaningful than selling widgets or selling food) and keeps all of our peeps highly engaged.
Interacting with the team and helping small business owners get access to the capital they need to pursue their version of the American Dream.
