- What do you like best about the leadership team?Luckily they have a solid business and therefore, it's difficult to destroy even though they are constantly making bad decisions.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?I had 5 rounds of interviews. I had a junior profile when I started... I don't think 5 rounds it's worth it. It's a waste of time.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Bad quality of garments, no identity.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?One specific person that had miss-treated a lot of people of her team and HHRR had the numbers and the testimonies, was promoted to the Executive Committee. The company had the numbers and experiences but still, she was rewarded. What can you expect of a company like this?
