They seem to care about everyone from the hourly to salaried employees in the decisions they make.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly and LeSaint seems to pay a competitive rate for most positions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if its more hours and the temps and company workers should get treated the same

We have a team that really cares about LeSaint and being the best it can be.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of employee events, we have a lot of communications across the company even though we have a lot of locations. And we have a cool onboarding program to make new employees feel instantly at ease, have good contacts, and have all the info they need.

I got to speak to multiple people and the HR person kept in contact so i knew what to expect

Its a fact paced, growing company so always a lot of excitement and challenges, so the times goes by quickly and we are always making things happen
