Recently, the opportunity has come about to increase salary with performance and have an outbound-approach with yearly opportunities versus having to always approach.
Benefits and salary combined are competitive in the industry, especially for the midwest area.
Bonuses and commission possibilities are great

What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented & out-going individuals make up the Snap team. Everyone is different yet we work, love, and fight like a family. We do lack the welcome-wagon feel for newcomers, but that is something that everyone can do a better job.
Though they are different in personality, the hiring process ensures that folks show respect and care about everyone's success.
Great to work with, accommodating, fun.
