What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with and the team leaders.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are not cared for.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work really hard. We have a shared hatred of the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to say what I would bring to the company and I felt respected.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about their warehouse employees. Everything that company does is to benefit the presenters, no matter the cost to the warehouse employees. They made us work thanksgiving week, including a full shift on thanksgiving, and a full week after thanksgiving, including the weekend in between.
