What are some of the best things about your team?I enjoy working with my team because at Magnet everyone picks up the slack. Everyone assumes responsibility on tough projects and collaborates effectively! People are respectful and make sure to maintain a sense of humor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The best part of Magnet's culture is that everyone goes out of their way to function as a team. While there is a great deal of talent, there are no big egos, and people tackle problems together.
