We have a leadership team?
Everything and everyone puts in the work
They listen and value input and recommendations from their employees.
They motivate you to do better wnd they lead by example
They are friendly and don't overwork me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership for starters, team work, communication.
Promoting within the company and making sure their employees are taken care of.
Improve web site intuitiveness. Less required trainings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a built in increase
Base salary and 401K plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of responsibilities, yet I get paid as if I have no responsibilities.
We work very hard to complete the required tasks without being recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all working to make money to pay our bills.
They all work hard and communicate well
A true team where everyone is willing to assist.
That we work together as a team
My team is always willing to help me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work together, not against each other. We're all on the same team, all for 1 and 1 for all. Not me, myself and I. It takes a village to raise a child, same goes for a company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowing it's a native Corp, I was born and raised in vallages all over AK

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better equipment, comparable pay, and don't give us grief when we need to order new uniforms.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick, straight forward and to the point. Also, I got hired.
The amount of time it took and the over all results.
It was easy, there were no technical questions.
It was a short over the phone interview.

It is the highest wage I have ever made. We are never pushed to hurry.

When I can work without being distracted.
