Valuing their people. Listen to them, communicate and understand the struggles out there are real. Get real about layoffs to much middle management.
understanding rates ARE important and that we can't be transparent with our clients with rates as high as they are for us as LO's.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we are paid highly for Loan Officers

Model is way to expensive. Layoff and reduce high paid management.
