The best part is probably the 401K match.
Great healthcare with no increases the last 3 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disproportionate pay to workload. Increase compensation & respect responsibilities.

Everyone is excited to be working together and we all get along.
