Mr. James S. Loving, also known as Jim, has been Senior Vice President for Refining, Pipelines and Terminals at CHS, Inc. since April 2012. Mr. Loving has been the President of the National Cooperative Refinery Association since 1999. He has more than 25 years experience in refinery operations. He joined NCRA in 1993. Prior to joining NCRA, he served at Sinclair Oil Corp. and Conoco, Inc. Mr. Loving serves on the boards of directors for Jayhawk Pipelines LLC, Osage Pipeline Company, and Kaw Pipeline Company. Mr. Loving holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Utah.
