Great company to work for , Wages could be better for lower management.
Lots of people in leadership positions that have no idea how yo lead a team or what they are doing. Continous improvement changes are not very affecting, do more harm then good. Lots of corporate politics, no trust between functions.
Follow the principles of a coop. they are to pool the farmers money to get us the best prices on our inputs, Instead they are the most expensive places to do business.
