Ask ethical based questions. Then watch and listen. Look for truth, warmth and transparency.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Watching them grow, change then move on happily. Giving people a safe and clean environment to live in. I think almost everyone deserves that
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough staff. Existing employees are stretched very thin and important projects are not being initiated since everyone is extremely busy already.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Increase in Pay. Better bonus.
