Need a new plant manager. Everyone would be great without him. Help everyone talk to people who have dealt with him ALONE

They are hard working people
They all want to do well. Very loyal to the company. They hate the manager in charge everyone is leaving.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Their attitude due to management

The workers are good people 1 manager the plant manager is no good
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managment needs to listen to employees and not belittle them as just workers.
