hard working, collaborative, fun, and kind.
The culture of the team is the best I've ever experienced.
Very cohesive group that really care about each other
The Pulsara team is down to earth, intelligent, creative, and diverse in their interests and backgrounds, yet we all feel like we're truly working toward a common goal and an amazing cause.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing and happy to help everyone else. Very collaborative. Servant-leadership really does drive the company forward.
Open minded, motivating, and inclusive.
I feel like it's ok to struggle or fail and that is just an opportunity to build on. We are encouraged to be creative in solving problems. I feel supported!
Kind, courteous, and very respectful
The focus is and always has been about the people. The leadership reiterates often that our tech could be the best in the world, but without quality people, we won't be successful. So, they empower us and invest in treating us right. It shows in the company morale and culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?
comfortable, along with informative about the company and positions.
Met all members of the exec team. Was asked tough questions.
It was relaxed and help to alleviate some of the normal stress that comes along with an interview.
Multiple team members do the interview with different perspectives
I was able to meet with different levels of leadership and they were very open about what to expect.
