Wonderful caring people who provide all billable clinical services to Akeela and certainly aren’t treated as the valuable backbone they are.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rare raises, someone requested 25 cents more for her experience and was denied, benefits declining more each year, least competitive wages in a very small town.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Be competitive with other agencies and support your employees to hang onto the most valuable ones; provide good healthcare insurance that people on your wages can actually afford and provide reasonable wages or scale back on reinvestment and wages of those not providing billable services.
