How's the work life balance at Brock Solutions?
Great if you are not currently commissioning a project at an airport (applies to transportation and logistics business unit only). There can be a fair amount of travel at times, but you are usually expected to take 4-5 days off when you come have from a 7-10 day trip. So you get to use comp time and there is an added bonus to your paycheck for the days you were traveling.

Everyone likes the company and the direction that we are moving in.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Brock Solutions?
I wish they would do a better job of keeping me busy as I transition between projects.
What part of Brock Solutions's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The MES software side probably has more growth compared to Controls

What are your coworkers at Brock Solutions like?
Pretty young compared to most companies. Mostly computer geeks. Very nice people and easy to get along with.

The dallas office is very laid back
What are you most excited about working at Brock Solutions?
Flexibility and ability to work remotely. Good work-life balance. The annual company party is a lot of fun.

A phone screen and two interviews over skype. The phone screen is with HR. The first interview will probably be with team members at the office that you will work with. The second interview will probably be with some project managers who work out of our HQ in Ontario, Canada.
