I never received my paycheck after leaving due to the scheduled hrs that weren't worker-able for me to work during the week i was only eligible to work on the weekends.

They were quick to get you on board for your start date
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They didn't guarantee the work hrs and pay that was hired on for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get more workers to train for the hours they have applied for and receive the pay we was hire for.
