What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More supervising the evening shift
Get more workers to train for the hours they have applied for and receive the pay we was hire for.
Getting out of their silo and interacting with the employees.
Noticing that it is too many chiefs and not enough indians.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus i think is somewhat ok
We get paid on time and in full always.
Pay and time off is great
We got bonuses for the first time this year. And vacation time seems reasonable.
I have plenty of pto saved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They didn't guarantee the work hrs and pay that was hired on for.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers where great very kind and communicative.
We all sit in seperate areas of the building, and there isn't much interaction with the other departments. Need team building as a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They were quick to get you on board for your start date
It is pretty laid back.
They empower their employees and allow them to work uninterrupted.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Was slightly rude during the process, demanding and judgmental about the start date and steps I had to complete during the process. Treated me as if I didn't have college experience or any experience at all in my applica
It was quick and I got to meet with everyone I would be working with.

My bosses are usually upbeat.
