OneSpace WorkStation is an online platform where you can complete tasks, receive feedback, and track your task history.
Your Email Invitation
You will receive an email invitation to join WorkStation. The email is sent from [email protected] and the subject line is OneSpace WorkStation Invite. In this email, there is a link for you to create your WorkStation account.
Signing Up
Click this link and you will be taken directly to the WorkStation sign up page. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain three of the following four categories:
digits
uppercase letters
lowercase letters
non-alphanumeric symbols
An example of a password that meets these requirements isOn3Sp@ce.
Then, please read and accept our Terms of Service and click the Sign-up button.
Complete your Profile
Feel free to complete your profile by adding a picture, your job title, and your location. You must choose your country, but all the other fields are optional. You can update this information at any time. You do not need to set an hourly rate or add skills since you are a private contributor for a specific company.
Tutorial
After you have completed your profile you will be directed to a WorkStation tutorial. After you have completed the tutorial, click Get Started.
Get Started
Once you have been added to the appropriate teams and work is added to the platform, you will be able to view your Sears tasks by clicking Find Work.
Click Dashboardto view your tasks that are in process and pending review.
To view your previous tasks, click Work History.
View ArticleUse the Submit a Requestlink at the top right of the OneSpace Requests & Support portal to enter a request.
Forms are available for common request types to collect all necessary details.
The "General Support" form is available for any question or type of request.
You don't need to create an account in order to submit a request, however, it is highly recommended to create one. Creating a login is beneficial for several reasons:
Logged in users can easily track and view the status of requests submitted or CCd on.
You may also gain accessto additional reference materials.
When viewing requests, you will see the subject of the request, the ticket number, the requester, full list of activity, and the status of the request.
Foryour requests, or those you have been cc'd on, you are able to add comments, and attach files and screenshots directly to an existing request.
View ArticleCreate a request with OneSpace by sending an email to [email protected]. All emails sent to that address are logged in the request management system. Anyone CCd on your request email will automatically be added to the request ensuring they are copied on updates.
TIP: If the subject line of the email includes the word URGENTin all caps the request will automatically belogged with the priority of urgent.
When responding to emails regarding a request, there will be a section at the top of the email that reads ##- Please type your reply above this line -##. It is important to note that you need to type your reply above this section for your response to be displayed correctly.
View ArticleOnce OneSpace has created your account in the OneSpace Retailer Acceptance app, set your password by opening the Chrome browser and going to:
https://productmanager.onespace.com/
Click the "Forgot your password?" link to send an email to the address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the email to set the password for your Retailer Acceptance app account.
