What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is extremely well compensated and while engaging in layoffs and furloughs, did not make comparable sacrifices.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is partially based on geographic location to account for differing costs of living. IAs an employee-owned company, our compensation also includes equity in the company; when the company does well, we all benefit from it.
Benefits are made easy to understand and there's several additional benefits aside from the standard medical/dental/vision and 401k.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No consistency of work and pay is low for the high expectations and standards

flexibility from scheduling to work style

Personable, committed to doing a good job, collectively focused on client satisfaction, flexible in taking on multiple projects at once, takes ownership for their work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, dealing with laoffs and furloughs not which werent distributed equitably. No one on the executive team was furloughed or laid off. The company is extremely top heavy and despite these cutbacks, thst remains true.
Full time WFH. Friendly, helpful people, shared commitment to serving others, mutual respect for one another.

The project staff seems knowledgeable about research methods and willing to answer lower-level staff questions

What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to meet with several future peers, reportees, and my supervisor. I was able to get a strong sense and understanding of the position, the company, my and my team's role within the company and how we help the company meet a couple of its goals.
All interviews were conducted in one day instead of breaking them up over weeks.

being an employee owner with a say in the direction of the company
My colleagues, foing meaningful work.
Knowing my skills and experience are being utilized and that I'm challenged, both from a technical perspective and a time management perspective, but not overworked or gived unrealistic goals or expectations.
