Personable, committed to doing a good job, collectively focused on client satisfaction, flexible in taking on multiple projects at once, takes ownership for their work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing my skills and experience are being utilized and that I'm challenged, both from a technical perspective and a time management perspective, but not overworked or gived unrealistic goals or expectations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is partially based on geographic location to account for differing costs of living. IAs an employee-owned company, our compensation also includes equity in the company; when the company does well, we all benefit from it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Opportunity to meet with several future peers, reportees, and my supervisor. I was able to get a strong sense and understanding of the position, the company, my and my team's role within the company and how we help the company meet a couple of its goals.
