What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team feels like family to me :)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Addressing problems. Their corporate training includes a policy of "no gossip" which goes beyond discouraging gossip. Employees cannot speak on their experiences about work to other co-workers.
I feel that problems introduced into the workplace are not properly met with appropriate action.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
insurance and 401K. employee discount
Retirement savings and a clear map for moving up in pay!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay rates of my fellow employees and I are very poor. Nearly everyone working there has had to acquire a new job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The entire workplace is filled with drama and pointless bickering rather than actually solving the tasks at hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is put down about their quality of work, and then yelled at when their work falls off.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and to the point, but it was difficult in that you see all that youll be tasked with beforehand, which is a lot.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing. the HR department doesn't seem that bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
The other people that worked there.
