What do you like best about the leadership team?
While the leadership team is approachable, the culture remains heavily business-driven rather than people-focused. Furthermore, I've found a disconnect between the company's stated commitment to transparency and the actual level of information shared.
They care about the employees
Willing to share information about the company's goals and answer questions we have in all staff meetings.
They are passionate, dedicated and caring individuals who put clients first while caring about the employees. They encourage collaboration and teamwork while expecting quality work.

Trust your employees and offer better benefits!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The two aspects that I find most valuable are the competitive salaries and the 401K matching contributions.
Lots of add on options and working from home

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay your employees fairly compared to other companies with the same roles that pay more for base, and offer stock compensation and bonus on top of it. Maneeza is a greedy she-E-O.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I love is our collaborative spirit and shared dedication to quality. We operate with a high level of teamwork, using open communication to constantly refine the client experience and make each other better.
Colleagues are honest and hard working
Everyone on my team is smart and always willing to assist or provide feedback based on their experiences.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's greatest cultural asset is its people. Marvel Marketers truly knows how to pick talented, quality professionals, and the teams I get to work with are the best part of the job.
Get to work with great clients
Everyone at the company if positive. We may have bad days but we are respectful to each other. I also like the events put on for us to get together and have some fun rather than only focus on work.
