Performance reviews are a joke, I have been with the company for 5yrs and not once had a performance review. At best manager tell all Techs they were only allowed to score us "meets expectations" and their hands were tied. They skimp hourly employees anyway possible . Upper management is a joke.

co workers usually stick together but all together the culture is very back stabby

talent pool is to broad and needs to be tapered down to candidates with direct experience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when management pencil whips year end reviews and compensation raises at best was a dollar raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs a complete overhaul. They need acquire competent leaders in HR BP , Regional managers and Area managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
genuinely caring about employee growth and advancement with the company. the company must invest in the employees through training and compensation.
