Methodist Hospital Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Long Term Sick, 401K. PTO

The pay. The medical benefits could be better.

401k match and good health insurance

The healthcare is covered at a low rate

Review from Admin Dept

retirement package can be improved

Review from Operations Dept

Over time pay is ok but crisis pay is better. Holiday pay is not so great, but that is not unusual with any company.

Our 401k matching is great!

Review from Admin Dept

My compensation at Methodist Hospital is fair, and reflects the pay that I expect for my years of experience.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation for knowledge and experience

Review from Admin Dept

I believe Methodist will match it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

other hospitals pay more than Methodist

Lowest paid nurses. Not competitive

Review from Operations Dept

I work in the HR department in a large medical facility. My bosses are the most cold uncaring insensitive people I have ever worked for. We dont deserve to be called HUMAN resources. Im not staying...all the money in the world would not change them .

Seriously underpaid; responsible for more duties than job description.

Better pay, benefits, culture
